We provide comprehensive event planning services for kids of all ages, from 1 to 100. Our events vary in size from intimate tea parties to corporate sponsored outings. But regardless of size or celebration, we strive to create events that immerse participants in “play” that is fun, creative, and stimulating.

Phanica Uk cultivates a deep appreciation for the arts and spent her entire professional career sharing her creative interests with kids. She was an elementary school teacher in the Oakland Unified School district for more than seven years and taught children in grades 1-5. She still teaches and is currently an art instructor for the Union City Community Center. Phanica earned a B.A. in Political Science from UC San Diego and an M.A. in Education from UC Berkeley. She currently serves as Chief Executive Office for TangerineBows.

Mary Ann Lopez loves working with children and processes more than two years of experience as Head Infant Teacher at Cal State University Hayward’s Early childhood Education Center. She enjoys the creative challenges presented by every new client and brings strong project management skills to her role as Creative director at TangerineBows. Mary graduated from Cal State University Hayward with a B.A. in Human Development.

Jessica Uk has a passion for events planning and creating special memories. She is particularly adept at providing clients services and has held various marketing positions at Blue Shield of California, Ariba Inc., and Logitech, Inc. Her experience serves her well as Director of Sales and Marketing at TangerineBows. Jessica earned her B.S. in Business Administration from Cal State University Hayward.
